Carlos, the Brazilian COO of Latin Grillhouse, is very popular among customers and employees for his strong appetency and modest service spirits.
Carlos has over 10 years’ experience of BBQ restaurant production, service and operation in Brazil. He was awarded the Golden Award of Brazilian National Catering Service and Management Award of Distinction in Brazilian Catering Culture in 1985 and 1989 respectively for his profound understanding of Brazilian grill and catering culture.
From 1990 to 1998, Carlos went to Japan to manage Brazilian grill restaurants there. With his continual efforts, he set up a chain Brazilian grill restaurant system with over 15 restaurants with Kobe as its center. Carlos, consequently, became a prominent figure in Japanese catering industry.
Since 1999, Carlos has been COO of Latin Grillhouse head office, taking charge of Brazilian grill, Buffet’s quality improvements and services of its branches. Taking Latin Grillhouse as a carrier, Carlos commits himself to the popularization of Latin food culture represented by the Latin Grilhouse in China.
